From 1-35 driving North

(from Dallas, Norman, etc.) -  As you approach downtown OKC on I-35 N merge on to I-235 N (towards Edmond).  Continue .3 miles to the westbound Sheridan Avenue exit (Exit 1C).  Ramp becomes Sheridan Avenue.  Continue .6 miles to Museum on right.

From 1-35 driving South

(from Wichita, Edmond, etc,)  As you approach downtown OKC continue on I-35 S/I-40 W until it merges to the right with I-235 N via Exit 126. Continue .3 miles to the westbound Sheridan Avenue exit (Exit 1C).  Ramp becomes Sheridan Avenue.  Continue .6 miles to Museum on right.

From I-40 driving West

(from Fort Smith, Midwest City, etc.)   As you approach downtown OKC continue on I-35 S/I-40 W until it merges to the right with I-235 N via Exit 126. Continue .3 miles to the westbound Sheridan Avenue exit (Exit 1C).  Ramp becomes Sheridan Avenue.  Continue .6 miles to Museum on right.

From I-40 driving East

(from Amarillo, Yukon, etc.)  As you approach downtown OKC, take Exit 150 towards Walker Avenue.  At end of ramp, continue straight onto SW 3rd Street.  Drive .5 miles to S EK Gaylord Boulevard.  Turn left (north) and drive .3 miles to Sheridan Avenue.  Turn right (east) and Museum will be about one block ahead on your left.

From I-44 driving West

(from Tulsa, Chandler, etc.)  As you approach Oklahoma City on I-44 W, merge on to I-35 S towards downtown OKC.    Continue on I-35 S/I-40 W until it merges to the right with I-235 N via Exit 126.  Continue .3 miles to the westbound Sheridan Avenue exit (Exit 1C).  Ramp becomes Sheridan Avenue.  Continue .6 miles to Museum on right.

From 1-44 driving East

(from Lawton, Chickasha, etc.)  As you approach Oklahoma City, continue on I-44 E towards Tulsa until it merges with I-40 W at Exit 120B.  Take exit and continue to Exit 150 towards Walker Avenue.  At end of ramp, continue straight onto SW 3rd Street.  Drive .5 miles to S EK Gaylord Boulevard.  Turn left (north) and drive .3 miles to Sheridan Avenue.  Turn right (east) and Museum will be about one block ahead on your left.
